Self-propelled radio-controlled vibrating screen machine with tracked undercarriage. This machine is equipped with a large hopper and an apron feeder that meters the flow of material on the vibrating screen. The fine material is dropped into the trench by a conveyor belt. This machine is particularly versatile and suitable for any type of terrain and track, for connections and sections with large trenches.
VIBRATING SCREEN: Laurini high frequency generator model with reinforced frame and internal, rubber coated slide. Rubber mount suspensions and mesh with opening to define. Total vibrating surface 6 m².
CONVEYOR BELT: frame made of "U" profiles with d.76 rollers, drums barrel lathe-shaped on each side, both powered to allow rotation on each side. Hydraulic folding for transport. Belt width 800mm.
FEEDER: apron feeder width 1300mm, length 3000mm, adjustable feeder speed. Sides made of strong carpentry folding for transport.
UNDERCARRIAGE: external width 3 mt, length 4 mt .
Agricultural type shoes with one crest width 600mm. Specific pressure on the ground 0,55 Kg/cm² . Max speed 2,6 Km/h .
HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: crawler track with hydrostatic transmission in closed circuit, variable displacement Sauer-Sundstrand pumps and HMT Samhydraulik motors, gear-wheel pumps for vibrating screen, conveyor belt and cylinders.
Variable displacement pump for apron feeder. Heat exchanger with fan for hydraulic oil cooling.
ENGINE: Caterpillar ACERT C6.6, 6 cylinders, water cooled, 225Hp @ 2200rpm mounted on a sound proof cover placed and protected underneath the apron feeder.
REMOTE CONTROL: to control the machine start-up, translation and all the functions
