The Company
The company was founded in 1955 by Lodovico Laurini, former foreman of one of the most important Italian pipe-line contractors.
Founded as a small business, it gained distinction from the outset throughout the region and later at the national level, thanks to the experience and skill of the founder who has always viewed "customer satisfaction" as his main goal.
In the early Eighties, after completing his studies in mechanical and design specialties, his son Marco took over the helm and continued in his father's footsteps, pursuing the same goals, increasing the fame of the company in the Pipe-Line sector, as regards both maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, and in the construction of new machinery.
In the early Nineties Laurini designed and developed new prototypes of machines including the first “Padding Machines” which, after being patented worldwide, began to encounter success in every country, working successfully on important projects.
Today, the Laurini machines are known worldwide in the sector and their fundamental feature is the continuous progress of new models, due first of all to the suggestions of the clients, to whom Laurini has always paid close attention; and due to the experience acquired in many different working condition and, not last, applying the latest technological innovations offered by the market.
In 2005 Laurini Officine Meccaniche celebrated its Fiftieth Anniversary and the same year received the important “2005 BP Award”, during the IPLOCA Convention in Vancouver.
The company's motto has always been the same: “Customer satisfaction is our satisfaction”. |
