A strategic meeting was held at the headquarters of Laurini Officine Meccaniche with the executive team of Gazpromneft Lubricants Italia Spa, one of the world’s leading companies for the production and sale of lubricating greases, and member of the multinational Gazpromneft group, with headquarters in St. Petersburg. In fact, Russia is precisely where Laurini Officine Meccaniche is interested in extending the market for its innovative machinery.
The two companies stipulated an agreement for the exclusive use of Gazpromneft lubricants in Laurini machinery for a quantity in excess of 30,000 liters annually. The cooperation will be reciprocally advantageous, offering Laurini Officine Meccaniche the important opportunity to penetrate on a new market, supported by a prestigious partner, which in turn will receive visibility every time a Laurini machine is sold, considering that their use is widespread in the worksites of all 5 continents. The new Laurini machines will bear a label with the Gazpromneft trademark, testifying to the use of these reliable, high quality products, guaranteeing improved performance at lower temperatures with reduced fluid consumption.
The partnership agreement was reached thanks to the authorized distributor Socogas which, in addition to supplying its products, will also offer valid logistic and technical support thanks to its experience acquired in over 50 years in business in the energy and oil sector.
The visit of the managers of Gazpromneft Lubricants Italia Spa and Socogas concentrated in particular on the new LLS - Laurini Laying System, presented on the occasion of the recent IPLOCA conference in Amsterdam. The prototype of the pipe laying machinery aroused considerable interest among the companies and will undergo the first practical tests before the end of June 2017.
