Converting Internal Combustion Excavators to Fully Electric Battery-Powered Excavators
How did we solved it? We removed the combustion engine and replaced it with an electric motor, designing and building an adapter to couple the original hydraulic pumps. We installed lithium battery packs in place of the counterweight and diesel tank. We also modified the software to configure the electric motor.
