LAURINI OFFICINE MECCANICHE has implemented a solid and effective system to discourage, detect, investigate, and report misconduct within the company. The reporting process is a substantial part of this system. LAURINI has a reporting management platform, including anonymous reporting, that ensures the receipt, management, analysis, and processing of reports, both anonymous and non-anonymous, received by LAURINI in Italy and abroad.
In compliance with the provisions of Directive (EU) 2019/1937 and the related implementing laws, the organizational, management, and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001, and internal Anti-Corruption Normative Instruments, we have adopted a reporting management system that allows us to manage reports, both anonymous and non-anonymous, received by LAURINI.
Whatever channel is used, we guarantee the receipt, analysis, and processing of reports submitted by anyone, even anonymously:
- People of Laurini Officine Meccaniche (resources who, regardless of the contractual type, carry out their activities within the company, even without compensation for learning purposes, employees of third-party companies with direct relations with the company);
- Other third parties with an interest relationship with Laurini Officine Meccaniche (e.g., customers, suppliers, consultants, collaborators, etc.);
- All stakeholders, including people with administrative, management, control, supervision, or representation functions.
These reports concern behaviors in violation of the Code of Ethics, laws, regulations, internal rules, Authority provisions, and Model 231. Maximum confidentiality is guaranteed regarding the subjects and facts reported, as well as the identity of the reporters, ensuring that those who report are not subjected to any form of retaliation.
